Every day I see birds (mostly pidgins) with their foot cut of. Apart from being painful, razor wire is normally put in there nesting sites which will create more traffic on spaces where they can nest, causing more mess than what would usually be produced. Razor wire used to be &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;illegal&lt;/span&gt; WHAT &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;HAPPENED?
