Should razor wire be illegal. Every day I see birds (mostly pidgins) with their foot cut of. Apart from being painful, razor wire is normally put in there nesting sites which will create more traffic on spaces where they can nest, causing more mess than what would usually be produced. Razor wire used to be illegal WHAT HAPPENED? Surely we could employ people to clean up there mess and give our native bird the respect it deserves.
